GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. The following prices are in EURO (€), per day.

 

2. The prices include unlimited ΚΜs per day, Third party Insurance, Theft insurance, 24 hours road Assistance, Taxes and VAT.

 

3. C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance is available as an option for all vehicles. C.D.W insurance reduces clients liability in case of damage, to the amount of the excess.

The daily rate of the C.D.W is clearly mentioned during the reservation process, and it depends on the car type / model.

C.D.W. insurance is valid only if the vehicle is driven according to traffic regulations, and by a driver mentioned in the rental agreement.

5. First 2 Child seats are free of charge. If more than 2 child seats are required, a small daily fee is applied (5 euro / day VAT included)

 

6. Fuel is NOT included in the prices. The fuel policy is Pick-up / Drop-off Fuel level > same to same.

 

7. Minimum age of drivers is 23 years old. The driver’s license must be valid for at least one year. The age limits appear on the page with the available cars.

 

8. Renter’s credit card or debit card is obligatory / required for guarantee reasons.

 

9. Free car delivery–collection, Santorini Airport and Hotels/Residence anywhere at Santorini (except in the area of Oia), during office hours 08:00 – 22:30. For deliveries between 23:00 and 07:00 an extra charge may apply. If an extra charge applies, that can be seen during the booking process.

 

10. Delivery - Collection at Santorini Port Athinios is available! If a location fee applies, that will be clearly mentioned in your booking.
